You may cancel your order prior to pharmacist approval for a full refund. Once a prescription has been approved and dispensing has commenced, cancellation may not be possible and a refund cannot be guaranteed.
In accordance with UK consumer law, the right to cancel may be limited for prescription medicines once dispensed, as these cannot be returned to stock for safety reasons.
